Unlike the traditional Pippin you may recognize with colorful Cirque De Soleil costumes and sets filled with magical tricks, our story takes on a modern day persona. While staying true to the original story, we have transformed Pippin into a show about a group of friends who are performing their show in a run down city park. For me Pippin in this setting tells the story about today's technology driven generation. People who are consumed by 15 minutes of fame, obsessed with social media, and those who will do anything for a "like." But the question for Pippin still remains; do you find happiness in your own life, or get killed while pretending to be someone else?
